On the 26th September 2023, RICH Europe Consortium members and its extended NCPs had the opportunity to visit the Teide Observatory in Tenerife, Spain.
This site represents an important Research Infrastructure, both at regional and international level. Due to its position, located over 2000 metres high in the Teide National Park, the observatory its considered one of the most efficient in the world. Lack of air pollution and a pristine natural environment make possible for researchers coming from different countries to do research and get high quality results.
On the 27th September 2023 the NCP group participated in the second onsite RICH Academy: that was a very important moment to better understand how the RIs work in other countries and which are the links to the national and international systems.
