⭕Programme:
The 2 days programme is scheduled as follows:
- on 4th December 2025 : workshop on TNA under HE SERV projects; Share&Learn session ; visit to a local Research Infrastructures ; networking cocktail;
- on 5th June 2025: mutual learning workshop.
All the indoor activities (with the exception of the RI visit and the networking dinner) will be held at APRE's office in Brussels, rue du Trône 98, 1050.
You can find here the agenda with further info (some details in the agenda are still missing, but it will be updated soon). The final agenda will be launched in the next days.
⭕Registration to RICH Europe's activities:
In order to participate, please, fill in this registration form by 27th November 2025 at noon.
⭕Important information to take into consideration to participate:
- The event is restricted for officially appointed National Contact Point in Research Infrastructures (RIs) in Horizon Europe;
- All participants must be registered (RICH Europe's beneficiaries, RICH Europe extended network and RIs NCPs from non-associated Third Country);
- RICH Europe Project will reimburse up to 10 NCP in RIs in Horizon Europe from EU Member States and Associated Countries to Horizon Europe (first come, first served principle); in order to be reimbursed, participants must attend 100% of the activities.
- RI NCPs from non-associated Third Countries can participate without reimbursement;
- If you are not RICH Europe beneficiary, in order to take part in the activities you must sign the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with RICH Europe. If you have not yet signed the MoU and NDA, please contact rich.coordinator@apre.it .
