RICH Europe kindly invites you to participate in the next RICH Academy and visit to Research Infrastructure (and much more). The activities will take place on 10th and 11th June 2025 in Krakow, Poland.
⭕Agenda:
The 2 days agenda is scheduled as follows:
- on 10th June 2025 : general overview of the past and future activities of RICH Europe - seminars - visit to RI.
- on 11th June 2025: RICH Acadamy - ESFRI-LEAPS panel.
You can find attached the Save the Date and draft agenda with further info. The final agenda will be launched in the next days.
⭕Registration to RICH Europe's activities:
In order to participate, please, fill in this registration form by 4th June 2025 at noon.
⭕Important information to take into consideration to participate:
- The event is restricted for officially appointed National Contact Point in Research Infrastructures (RIs) in Horizon Europe;
- All participants must be registered (RICH Europe's beneficiaries, RICH Europe extended network and RIs NCPs from non-associated Third Country);
- RICH Europe Project will reimburse up to 10 NCP in RIs in Horizon Europe from EU Member States and Associated Countries to Horizon Europe (first come, first served principle); in order to be reimbursed, participants must attend 100% of the activities.
- RI NCPs from non-associated Third Countries can participate without reimbursement;
- If you are not RICH Europe beneficiary, in order to take part in the activities you must sign the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with RICH Europe. If you have not yet signed the MoU and NDA, please contact rich.coordinator@apre.it .
Please note: to participate in the ESFRI & LEAPS panel “The Role of Research Infrastructures for Technological Sovereignty of the European Union” panel, it is essential to register at this link . Participation in the panel is an integral part of RICH Academy. Those who will not participate cannot be eligible for the travel/accommodation cost reimbursement.
